Our Mission to You

KRG Communications Group provides quality learning and development solutions to increase our clients' sales and service results.

KRG's products focus on those areas of interpersonal skills needed to successfully complete sales and service transactions, including those skills needed to successfully manage employees in those areas.


KRG Communications Group Mission Statement

KRG Communications Group markets to firms throughout the United States who have a need to improve these skills in their employees. In addition, KRG Communications Group also offers its clients third part off-the-shelf products to meet client needs as necessary. KRG acknowledges the individuality of each client and the importance of their needs. KRG recognizes the need to treat clients, associates and employees fairly, ethically and with compassion.

KRG strives to use technology as a tool for better results yet our goal is not to be beholden to it. KRG is in business to help better our clients. In addition, we feel strongly that we are part of an encompassing business community and we expect to create a workplace and an environment that is supportive to that community.

At KRG Communications Group, we want you and your organization to become the best that you can be. All our services are designed with that goal in mind.

Our President

KRG Communications Group was founded by Jo Ann Kirby. Her background includes over 20 years experience in sales and customer service.  Jo Ann has created and implemented training programs for both large and small organizations. A member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), she has studied training & development and organizational development intensively.

Jo Ann is an active member  of Toastmasters International, an organization devoted to the ongoing development of the leadership and communications skills of its members. Jo Ann is a past president

of Wayne Toastmasters chapter 2099.

Jo Ann has also earned a Masters of Science degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, NJ.


Jo Ann's publication credits include articles in The Toastmaster, Commerce Magazine and The NAPPS Network.
